Sync the slave clocks in your operational facility to the U.S. Government’s Global Positioning System (GPS) and other atomic times sources with GPS master clocks from Sapling Inc. The GPS receiver comes with a RS232 input and output for serial interface in the computer. Once a signal is received, it is sent directly to the master clock and ultimately relayed to all slave clocks located throughout the building. Unlike other master clock system manufacturers, Sapling is always investigating new ways to better serve our customers. For this reason, we monitor developments and manufacture our products according to the application requirements of sites such as airports, malls, hospitals, schools, offices, and much more.
• Synchronization to UTC within 500 nanoseconds.
• Compatibility with Sapling’s RS485 systems and two (2) wire digital communication systems.
• Diagnostic mode which allows the user to maintain and troubleshoot the clock system from the master clock.
• Immediate start up time with a ten (10) year battery backup for timekeeping.
As a microprocessor based multifunctional clock controller, our GPS master clocks also come equipped with a temperature controlled time base, allowing calibration during variants in temperature where the signal may not be present. Regardless of whether you have invested in Sapling’s analog or digital clocks, the GPS master clock has the capability to interface with both. A two (2) wire digital communication output can be integrated into the GPS which will output 5.5 amps of current to the synchronized clock system. Once this GPS master clock system is programmed via two (2) switches, all the clocks in your facility will run effortlessly, minute after minute, day after day. At Sapling, we know you have better things to do with your time, so we design custom clocks that work for today’s modern operational environments.
